Arshan Group is a boutique, cofounder-led consultancy built around two specialized practices: Healthcare & Life Sciences Advisory and SMB Data, Automation & AI. We serve distinct client groups through separate practice areas, with shared senior judgment, analytical rigor, and implementation discipline across the firm.

Two decades operating where causal inference, health economics, and real-world evidence intersect — at scale, and in the rooms where evidence becomes strategy. Post-doctoral training in HEOR at Yale; applied work spanning academia, industry, and submission-grade evidence programs.

Within Arshan Group, Abbas leads all Healthcare & Life Sciences engagements directly. He also advises selected SMB engagements where senior strategic, analytical, economic, or healthcare-domain judgment is useful.

Implementation lead across multi-source data pipelines, NLP enrichment, CRM intelligence, executive reporting, and AI-integrated automation — built directly for owners and operators of growing businesses. Comfortable in the production reality where systems have to keep running without supervision.

Within Arshan Group, Sepantam leads all SMB engagements directly. He also contributes to selected healthcare advisory engagements led by Abbas — bringing the same pipeline and automation discipline to scaled evidence work.

We are lean by design. Depth over breadth. The work is done directly by the principal who scoped it, supported where useful by a small network of specialist collaborators selected for each engagement.

That structure has consequences. Engagements are narrowly scoped on purpose, because narrow is what allows for depth. Documentation is taken seriously, because work that can't outlive us isn't done. And accountability stays with one named principal — across the entire engagement — because that's where judgment lives.

How the practices interact.

Each practice is its own discipline, with its own audience, vocabulary, and rhythm. They aren't blurred into a single service menu — and they shouldn't be.

Where the practices touch, they sharpen each other. Sepantam also contributes to selected healthcare advisory engagements led by Abbas. Abbas advises on SMB engagements where senior strategic, analytical, economic, or healthcare-domain judgment changes the right answer.
